The flame of creativity within her soul has been ignited for the world to see and enjoy. Joann Chan is the creator and designer of Grandstand Fashion (Women’s Wear). Her creations are inspired by all things glamour, vintage, modern, feminine, unique, and fun. She was born in Brooklyn, NY but raised in Miami, FL. She has always been an artist and art lover. At age 9 she sketched her first design and it was brought to life by her Grandmother who was a seamstress. After that, she knew she had a perspective of fashion that couldn’t be found in any stores. She later discovered she had inherited an innate ability to sew from her Grandmother.

Joann Chan began creating outfits for herself and others began to take interest in her unique style and fashion. Later she found herself creating custom designs for friends, acquaintances, and family to enjoy. It has been extremely fulfilling for her to witness her designs bring joy to them and for them to feel vibrant and beautiful in her designs. She knew this was her destiny and purpose. The goal is to make each one of her clients feel unique, comfortable, stylish, and eye-catching in her beautiful one of kind custom designs.
